Basisinformationen zum Gewerbe- und Industriegebiet
Die Gesamtfläche des Grundstücks, das als Industriegebiet ausgewiesen und erschlossen ist, umfasst 92.000 m2, wovon knapp die Hälfte überbaut ist. Neben 3.600 m2 Büro- und 1.100 m² Sozialraumflächen stehen mehr als 37.000 m2 an Produktions- und Lagerflächen zur Verfügung. Hinzu kommt ein zweigeschossiges Parkhaus für 215 Fahrzeuge.
Nach der Stilllegung der Produktion der spanischen Teka Goup hat die ORANIER-Gruppe das Betriebsgelände in Haiger-Sechshelden erworben und wird nach dem Umbau einen Teil der Fläche ab Sommer 2015 selbst nutzen.
Auf den übrigen Flächen soll ein neues Gewerbegebiet entstehen. Dazu wird das Grundstück in mehrere Parzellen unterteilt die einzeln verkauft oder vermietet werden.
